Deadlift
The movement consists of lifting the barbell from the floor until it is parallel to the hips and then placing it back on the floor.
Dumbbell overhead triceps extension
Use one dumbbell weighing 1-3 kilograms, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold the dumbbells with your hands with your arms stretched out above your head, then slowly lower the dumbbells to the back of your neck and slowly lift them back up to the starting position.
Dumbbell lunges
The movement is the same as lunges, it's just that you simply add weights in the form of dumbbells in both your hands.
Single-leg squat

Raise your arms to shoulder height then lift your right leg forward and slowly squat down. Pause for a moment when you feel out of balance. Push back your leg and hip muscles to bring your body back to the starting position.
