Take an exclusive peek of all Power Transformation Challenge II finalists Aziza Bedytya Mahaputri, Michael Alex Chandra, and Marianih plus the winner from the Fit Category (female) Cindy from Gold’s Gym Summarecon Mal Serpong (SMS) training with their Personal Trainer back when they were still competing!
Just as the name suggest, Power Transformation Challenge II brought a tremendous, life-changing transformation to the finalists’ life! “This is going to be the biggest change in me in my entire life,” said Aziza Bedytya Mahaputri (25 years old). This Fit Series finalist, who had always been obese ever since she was a little girl, felt that her old body gave her self-esteem problems even until she entered adulthood. She truly believes that for things to change, she must change first. That’s why she finally was ready to take on the challenge and change herself.
Not only Aziza that was burdened with self-esteem issues back when she was still obese, The winner of Power Tranformation Challenge II Fit Series (Female) Cindy (19 years old) was also affected by the same issue. Cindy feels that by changing her body to be fitter, not only it will help with her confidence, it will also support her future career.
To be more confident with their own body is not the only reason why people take on the challenge. MArianih (47 years old), Shape Series finalist, for example, wanted to prove to her friends and everyone that has been nothing but incredulous upon knowing about her target of getting an ideal body as a woman of age. She thoroughly believes that age is not a factor that can hold someone back from working out and getting fitter as well as healthier
Unlike the others, Michael Alex Chandra, a 38 years old entrepreneur, has a much simpler motivation to get fitter: he’s determined to get healthier and get into a size S shirt! But he still followed all his personal training session with gusto in hope of making his Personal Trainer Hendriansyah and his family proud.
The finalists had to undergo strict and intense training sessions, but that doesn’t mean they’re in any way stressed out. Take Cindy for example, she always has a smile as bright as the sun on her face. She believes that everyone who wants to succeed in any fitness program have to consume “SenSe” supplement. “SenSe” is a term Cindy came up with herself, which is an abbreviation of “Senyum” and “Semangat” that literally means a smile and determination. She believes that smiling and laughing will boost her energy level that has always helped her with her training.
