See How Power Transformation Challenge II Finalists from Gold's Gym PX Pavilion Trains!
September 10, 2014

Get up close and personal with Power Transformation Challenge II finalists from Gold’s Gym PX Pavilion Arlin Rustandar, Cecilia Eka Pratiwi, and Clarence Gunawan as well as The Most Favorite (Female) title winner Vinche Vilani and see their struggles in achieving their target!

Personal Trainer Wurjan gave Arlin Rustandar (37 years), Shape Series finalist, isometric cardio training in addition to weight training that promote muscle mass development. This is because her goal is to get a leaner, more toned, and fitter body. Her personal trainer always contacted her and reminded her to train, so she had no excuse not going to the gym! But she felt that push was what she needed to get the progress she wanted.

Cecilia Eka Pratiwi (25 years old) on the other hand was given a full body workout for a more holistic training by her Personal Trainer Fernando. This is because her goal was to get her body fat percentage down to 10%. She felt that her personal trainer’s flexibility and sensibility are what helped her through the training. Whenever her stamina level is up, her personal trainer will increase the intensity but when her stamina is down, he would adjust the intensity as needed.

Vinche Vilani (33 years old), the Most Favorite title winner, felt that it’s very crucial to stick with her commitment. According to Vinche, She said that her Personal Trainer Badai Awaludin who kept reminding her that she can do it and that she has a goal that she wants to aim for really helped her in achieving her targets.

Fit Series Finalist Clarence Gunawan (39 years old), who wanted to get healthier and a more ideal body, also felt that commitment is the key. She said that she would feel tired from time to time, but that doesn’t mean she would just stop because she has a commitment. Resisting temptations and refusing invitation to a dinner out with friends and family as it turned out required a lot of willpower and commitment!

Yanti, a Gold’s Gym nutritionist who was directly involved with the Power Transformation Challenge II contestants, also said the same thing about the importance of commitment in your taining.  “To achieve your goals, remembering your motivation and sticking to your commitment will give you actual results,” she said.
