Feel Sexy with SH’BAM!

SH’BAM is a 45-minute fun and addictive dance workout open for all – from the avid dancers to people with two left feet but enjoy dancing anyway! No dance experience required. The motto is: come as you are, leave as a star. Because even if you walk in thinking there’s no possible way you can dance, you’ll for sure come out knowing you can.



 

The class will be kicked-off with warm-up moves to get your heart rate up and ready for what’s coming next. Next up, the instructor will teach you to do an easy-to-follow yet sassy dance routine accompanied by a lively chart-topping party hits that guaranteed will make you burn calories and feel more energized in the most fun way possible! The routine will combine high intensity dance moves with recovery tracks, which means you’ll get all the benefit from interval training!

 

This is a calorie-burning workout that doesn’t feel like a dreaded hard work. Instead you’ll have fun and get the emotional high without even realizing you’re exercising. At the end of the day, you can burn up to 510 calories and come home feeling revitalized and like a super star!
