Standing Still

Being on a standing position, means being on a tense condition. This is because the organs in the center of your nerve system that are used to balance your body work really hard to ensure you are standing steadily. The problem is, the most important requirement for our digestion system to be able to process food properly is being relaxed. Unfortunately, most people held their parties applying the standing party concept which forces us to stand, eat, and wear high heels! To overcome this awkward eating position, try to grab an empty seats that are uaully available in the corner of the room.

Too Much Water

For the sake of our health, drinking lots of water is indeed advised. However, when we drink too much water during our meal, we will only block the digestion system. Try to only drink enough water before or two hours after meal so the body can maximize the absorption of the nutritions.

“We I’m too hungry, I tend to overeat. I will eat whatever it is that is served in front of me. I feel a bit suffocated and bloated afterwards. I deserve that I guess.”

-Mila, 30 years old-

Speed Eating

Consuming food too fast makes the brain unaware that your stomach is already full. This caused two things, firstly, bloated stomach due to the amount of air that goes in to the stomach and secondly, because the brain does not know that you are already full, we tend to eat too much carbohydrate. Be careful, this is also the culprit of a successful weight gain!

Don’t take your eating habit lightly!
