1. Start slowly

Start with 2-3 days per week, and even then with a duration of about 30 minutes per day. You can also focus on certain movements first. Even for a complete beginner, you can start with once a week.
2. Don't forget about stretching
It is necessary to warm up or stretch your important muscles before and after doing exercises in the gym. Why? Because it lowers the risk of injury during exercise. It's like you are sending a signal to your body and muscles that in a moment, there will be a fairly intense movement. Stretch your muscles in 8-15 seconds.
3. Train the whole body and provide variety
When doing exercises in the gym, you can do any activity according to the health and fitness goals you want to achieve. You can also modify the exercises as you like, for example combining two movements or different types of exercise.
You might start off by running on the treadmill, but don't stop there or spend 30 minutes of exercise time just running. So do a variety of sports that you can do for body, such as aerobics, strength (resistance) sports, flexibility (including yoga), and balance sports.

4. Technique is more important than intensity
