Pick the right time
It is important to know the right time to exercise when you’re fasting for Ramadan, especially if you also have regular daily activities, such as going to school or work. If you have a busy schedule during the day, exercising after suhoor can be the best choice.
Choose light exercise
Keeping your workout routine during Ramadan is good, but you still have to pay attention to your body condition. Listen to your body and don’t push yourself too hard when exercising. You can still get the benefits from a low-intensity workout as it will keep you healthy and fit during Ramadan fasting.
If you choose to work out one to two hours after iftar, you’re free to choose the high-intensity workout instead.
